The place known as “Hidden Valley” today is actually a continuation of Gibos Valley. The name Hidden Valley is a touristic name given here later. The area, which features a large garden with rock cavities and greenery, is privately owned. The place, which was maintained and cleaned for many years by the deceased Mehmet Balta and his wife, and brought to tourism, was known as “Balta’s Place” for a while and hosted artistic, cultural and social events. There is a rock-carved church dedicated to St. Gregorios on the left corner of the entrance to the valley.
