According to the inscription on the courtyard gate, the mansion was built in 1892. The owner before the exchange was known as Hacı Yokavin. After a while after the population exchange, the Şentürk family, one of the local families of Mustafapaşa, settled in the mansion and has lived here until today, and today the mansion is known by the name of the family. The mansion, consisting of two different buildings, is located on a high rock overlooking Mustafapaşa. The house located in the north is a two-storey building with a hipped roof and a rectangular plan.
The entrance to the mansion is provided through a wooden courtyard door with a rectangular, flat arch, decorated with a floral motif on the arch, and with two embossed rosettes on it. The walls of the mansion, which was built with the masonry technique, are made of stone; Wood and iron materials were used for doors, ceilings and windows. Wrought iron technique was used in the construction of the stairs that provide access to the upper floor. There is a double-headed eagle motif on the side of the entrance door facing the courtyard. The main room of the building in the south is completely covered with blue paint and depicted with floral motifs.
