Although the person who built the mansion, which is estimated to have been built in the second half of the 19th century, is unknown, it is documented that the building was built by a Greek citizen. After the exchange, a local family of the village lived here for a while. Then, it was purchased by Cavit Çelebi, one of the well-known figures of Mustafapaşa. Originally designed as a house, the mansion today serves as a cafe and restaurant by Cappadocia University. The building, which has two floors and a hipped roof, has a rectangular plan.
The main entrance of the building is located on the north facade. In front of the arched and wooden door, there is a porch with two columns and hanging arches. The double-arched suspension system, of which we have come across different examples in the region, enlivens the facade and adds aesthetic value to the building. An open courtyard is entered from the entrance door and the upper floor is reached from the courtyard via stairs. The walls of the building, made with masonry technique, are made of stone; Wooden materials were originally used for doors, ceilings and windows. Inside the room on the upper floor of the mansion, covered with a barrel vault, there is a built-in wardrobe that seems to have preserved its originality. In the other room, there are arched niches on the walls and a wooden ceiling core, many of which are found in the region.
