19. The owner of the mansion, which is estimated to have been built in the second half of the 19th century, before the population exchange is known as “Barmakiya”. Ali Elma family, who settled in the mansion after the population exchange, still lives in this house, and therefore the mansion is called by this name by the village people. The mansion has two floors and a rectangular plan.

The upper floor of the flat-roofed building is made of cut stone; The lower floor is carved into the rock. The open courtyard is entered through an arched door on the east side of the mansion. The lower floor consists of two rooms with porticoes with columns in front of them, and an angel figure made of marble on the porticoes attracts attention. From the spatial arrangement of the rock-carved room on the right, it is understood that the room was used as a winery unit for a while. In the room on the left, there is a chapel and prayer area, some of which have been destroyed. There are two vaulted rooms on the upper floor. Stone on its walls; Wooden materials were used for doors, ceilings and windows. Especially the intense stone workmanship around the consoles and windows on the second floor’s facade attracts attention. The relief motifs that the stonemasons embroidered like lace are vegetal and geometric.
