According to the inscription above the entrance door, the mansion was built in 1885. The owner of the mansion before the exchange is known as Rizo. According to the discourse of the village people, Rizo is the person assigned to supervise the Greek people leaving the village during the exchange that took place with the Treaty of Lausanne, and he is the last Greek to leave the village. The mansion where the Temur family, who migrated to the village from Thessaloniki after the exchange, lived for many years, is still remembered with the name of the family today. The mansion currently serves as a hotel.

One part of the building, made of cut stone, with a rectangular plan and hipped roof, is single; The other part has two floors. On the facade of the two-storey section of the mansion, there is a balcony originally supported by wooden poles. There is a round bright window on the low-arched wooden door in the southwest direction. The second floor of the building with a central courtyard is reached by a stone staircase. The walls of the building, made with the masonry technique, are made of stone; Wooden materials were originally used for door, ceiling and window elements. In the room located just to the left of the entrance door, the green ceiling with relief decorations in rectangular frames and border decorations with floral motifs attract attention.
